ST. JOHN'S WATER - A TRADITION TO SPREAD AMONG GENERATIONS -
Every year, I hear someone say, "I wish I had known about this tradition sooner!" That's why I'm sharing it with you ahead of time this year. In just one week, we will celebrate the FEAST OF SAINT JOHN. It is said that on the day before the feast, people gather fragrant herbs and flowers to soak in water overnight. The next morning, on St. John's Day, they wash their face and arms with this blessed water. This tradition, rooted in pagan rituals, is a beautiful way to connect with our past and ancestors. We make our own "St. John's water" every year, using whatever herbs and flowers we have. Who will join in this tradition with us this year?
